Now is the time to register for the 6e<\/sup> edition of the Lanaudi\u00e8re non-timber forest product identification and harvesting training course<\/strong>. This training program is attracting a great deal of regional and provincial interest. It is aimed at developing skills in agroforestry, and covers the various uses of this resource in a commercial context.<\/p>\n

NTFPs are a world of things to discover: wild mushrooms, forest vegetables, berries, Nordic nuts, medicinal plants, and more.<\/strong>. Our aim is to develop a workforce that is competent in this field and likely to work for local companies, or to start their own business projects. Internships (not compulsory) are offered to enable participants to explore employment prospects.<\/p>\n
