The results of the 20th edition of the D\u00e9fi OSEntreprendre have been compiled, and the winners for the Matawinie MRC are now known! In all, two (2) local winners in the MRC Matawinie's business start-up category.<\/p>\n
The local D\u00e9fi committee congratulated the winners at a press conference held on March 29, 2018 at the SADC Matawinie offices. The winners' important contribution to the territory's economic development was mentioned. They were also presented with a certificate of excellence as the winner in their category. Marie-Christine Tremblay, owner of Kabania and local ambassador for the 20th edition of the D\u00e9fi OSEntreprendre Lanaudi\u00e8re, said she was \"delighted to see such fine businesses emerging in our MRC\". She praised the hard work of entrepreneurs who put heart and soul into developing their businesses.<\/p>\n

FGCA<\/strong><\/p>\n Genevi\u00e8ve Cloutier and Andr\u00e9e Faucher, for FGCA, Saint-Donat.<\/p>\n Offers a variety of flexible, customized administrative support services, including monthly bookkeeping, business management assistance, accounting system implementation, training and business start-up assistance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The committee wishes the winners the best of luck for the next stages of the Challenge.<\/p>\n The local D\u00e9fi OSEntreprendre en Matawinie committee for the business component is made up of a representative from the Service de d\u00e9veloppement local et r\u00e9gional (SDLR) de la MRC Matawinie and the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'aide au d\u00e9veloppement de la collectivit\u00e9 (SADC) Matawinie. The aim of the D\u00e9fi OSEntreprendre is to support the development of entrepreneurship in Quebec by rewarding concrete initiatives in both the Student Entrepreneurship and Business Creation segments, throughout the province. Through its Business Creation program, the D\u00e9fi encourages entrepreneurs in the early stages of business start-up to present their business projects, and thus contribute to their development.<\/p>\n An operation of this scale requires the financial participation of major partners. At the national level, we would like to highlight the unwavering support of Desjardins Group, presenting partner; the Quebec government, title partner; Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cor and Vid\u00e9otron Service Affaires, platinum partners; Les Affaires, media partner; the Caisse de d\u00e9p\u00f4t et placement du Qu\u00e9bec and Gaz M\u00e9tro, gold partners; and the Ordre des CPA du Qu\u00e9bec, Saputo and Spektrum, silver partners.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This year's regional Gala will take place on Wednesday, May 2 at Le Mirage Golf Club in Terrebonne. It will be an opportunity to reward the winners of the Challenge, and to share in the excitement and emotion of all the young students and new entrepreneurs who will have the joy of seeing their projects rewarded, and who will celebrate the accomplishment of their efforts.<\/p>\n
\nThe latter oversaw the competition at local level, and ensured the constitution of a jury committee made up of local and regional players. Projects were evaluated according to a number of criteria, including market analysis, operational, financial and marketing plans, as well as the entrepreneurial profile of the promoter(s).
