You are responsible for your own learning;<\/li>\n<li>The training requires about 11 hours of work for someone with a basic knowledge of accounting and Excel ;<\/li>\n<li>You'll have 90 days to complete all six modules (see specifications below);<\/li>\n<li>The course ends with a questionnaire with answers to be developed;<\/li>\n<li>SADC covers all costs for the 1<sup>era<\/sup> online game <strong>(value of 110$)<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>A promotional code will be e-mailed directly to you, so you can register manually on the website at no extra cost;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tools required<\/strong> Excel version 2010 or higher. Online versions of Excel and their substitutes do not work with the Agro-calculator.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start of training:<\/strong> mid-September 2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training objectives :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This online training course, developed by a team of experienced agronomists, will enable advisors and entrepreneurs to accelerate their acquisition of specific knowledge and skills in costing for agri-food businesses. The aim is to increase the ability to use the Agro-Calculator tool, the spirit of analysis and synthesis, judgment and decision-making based on costing analysis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At the end of this training, you will be able to :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the general concepts of production versus production costs<\/li>\n<li>Be able to characterize a company<\/li>\n<li>Learn how to use the Agro-calculator to calculate profitability by activity, product and marketing channel.<\/li>\n<li>Know how to analyze and interpret results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Target skills:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agronomic judgement<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and synthesizing skills<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of financial results<\/li>\n<li>Decision-making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Some training documents are downloadable, others are not.
