This new event is an opportunity to introduce you to our Academy, and to establish a partnership with Lanaudi\u00e8re companies that will promote the graduation and qualification of our future students. For several years now, we have been offering training leading to the Dipl\u00f4me d'\u00e9tudes professionnelles en service de la restauration, en cuisine, en boucherie de d\u00e9tail, as well as the attestation de sp\u00e9cialisation professionnelle en p\u00e2tisserie de la restauration contemporaine. The dynamism of our teaching staff and the enthusiasm of our students make the Acad\u00e9mie the school of choice for a stimulating career in food, catering and gastronomy.<br \/>\nI would particularly like to draw your attention to the fact that the guest speaker will be <strong>Mr. Jean Soulard, ambassador of Quebec and Canadian cuisine and holder of numerous titles, including \"Ma\u00eetre cuisinier en France\". <\/strong>\". He is not only recognized as a renowned chef, but also as the author of eight cookery books, the latest of which, \"Le Grand Soulard de la cuisine\", has been named \"Le Grand Soulard de la cuisine\". <em>Best seller<\/em>. This 50-minute conference will address the importance and role of hotel schools in Quebec.<\/p>\n<p>The conference will be followed by a plenary session to answer any questions you may have on the topics covered.
