Michel Cl\u00e9ment, outgoing General Manager, with Jonathan Landreville, new General Manager for SADC Matawinie.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Jonathan Landreville, who has been Assistant General Manager for nearly five (5) years, is now taking over as General Manager of the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'aide au d\u00e9veloppement de la collectivit\u00e9 (SADC) Matawinie. His appointment was made official at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 31. For SADC Matawinie and its directors, this was a well-considered decision, part of a planned process.<\/p>\n

Nearly three (3) years ago, SADC Matawinie established a succession process for its general management with the director in place, Mr. Michel Cl\u00e9ment. Mr. Cl\u00e9ment acted as mentor and coach to Mr. Jonathan Landreville, who held the position of assistant general manager, in his transition to the general management of SADC Matawinie. Mr. Michel Cl\u00e9ment notes that \"Over the past few years, preparing the next generation of general managers has been a major preoccupation for SADC Matawinie, to ensure that the organization remains on course to achieve its mission. In this sense, the appointment of Jonathan Landreville is the result of a values-based approach that favours the development of the knowledge and potential of a resource from within the organization, for the benefit of the Matawinie RCM community\".<\/p>\n

\"With the appointment of Mr. Landreville as General Manager, it is with great confidence that we begin this new year. He will bring 'renewed energy' to the Board, as well as to his already well-established team. We wish him every success in the future,\" says Chantal Bruneau, president of SADC Matawinie.<\/p>\n

Mr. Landreville has been with SADC Matawinie for nearly 10 years. All these years have enabled him to establish numerous business relationships and partnerships, and to gain a thorough understanding of the needs and realities of businesses and organizations in the Matawinie RCM and the Lanaudi\u00e8re region.<\/p>\n
