For the 8th consecutive year, specialized training is offered for edible and transformable forest products enthusiasts and professionals.
The course is designed to develop skills in identifying and harvesting non-timber forest products (NTFPs) in a commercial context.

Subjects: Handicrafts: Basketry and the use of vegetable oils / Autumn mycology / Introduction to the plant world / Introduction to Nordic nuts
Module 2 - Part 1
Date: early February to mid-March 2020
Subjects: Hygiene and health for farm managers / From forest to plate
