More eco-friendly gourmet boxes in Lanaudière
Now it's easier for Lanaudière restaurateurs to develop their gourmet boxes in a more sustainable way! The Conseil de développement bioalimentaire de Lanaudière (CDBL) and the SADC de Lanaudière, in collaboration with Tourisme Lanaudière, are launching the Guide et normes d'admissibilité, a tool designed to help local gourmet businesses prepare their takeaway boxes in a sustainable and responsible manner.
