CÔTE À BEAUSOLEIL CRAFT BREWERY
The Société d'aide au développement de la collectivité (SADC) Matawinie is proud to announce the creation of a new business, Brasserie Artisanale Côte à Beausoleil. Thanks to the financial support received through SADC Matawinie's Stratégie jeunesse program, a new business will see the light of day in Saint-Jean-de-Matha, in the Lanaudière region.
This new project is the brainchild of two experienced entrepreneurs, Jacob Stephens and Zacharie Nizan. Both owners of separate businesses in different fields, they have joined forces to start a new venture, Brasserie Artisanale Côte à Beausoleil. They have many years' experience in beer brewing, and have perfected many recipes over the years. Jacob Stephens also holds a brewer's certificate issued by Institut Brassicole du Québec (IBQ).
The project will enable Mr. Stephens and Mr. Nizan to brew their own craft beers, as well as bottling, packaging, selling and distributing them. This will take the form of 20, 30 and 50-liter cans and kegs. Out of a total of 8 keg lines installed at the bar, 5 beers will be offered on a permanent basis, right from the opening. The other 3 keg lines will be used to inaugurate new seasonal products.
Brasserie Artisanale Côte in Beausoleil is a relaxed, family-friendly place where everyone can enjoy beer and pizza in a warm atmosphere. Scandinavian-industrial in appearance, the building is made of raw, authentic materials that remain timeless, with wood, brick, stone and metal in perfect synergy. The building is located at the top of the coast in Beausoleil, hence the inspiration and name of the company.

OFFICIAL OPENING
Located at 181 route Louis-Cyr, Saint-Jean-de-Matha, the brand-new brewery will open its doors this Saturday, July 18, at noon. A catering service will be on site from 2pm, and customers will be able to buy beer directly to take away.
SADC Matawinie is proud to have supported Jacob Stephens and Zacharie Nizan in the development of their new business. The coaching and financing offered through the Stratégie jeunesse program enabled them to get their business project off the ground.
