The directory of Lanaudière companies in the Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFP) and Emerging Crops sector is back for another 5 years.e edition! Whether in print or online, you'll discover over forty companies showcasing the riches of our forests and emerging cultures.
Over the past ten (10) years, many new companies have appeared on the scene, offering new products on our market stalls and in our boutique. Among them: Nordic walnuts, wild mushrooms, camerises, saffron, miniature kiwis, edible plants and flowers; all of which you'll find in the "Edible plants and flowers" section. Edible products and Producers in this directory. In the Herbalism and Natural Medicine are companies that use forest products or wild plants in the design of their products: ointments, essential oils, herbal teas and so on.
Finally, the Consulting, Support and Research includes the various organizations and companies that support the development of the industry. Among other things, you'll find companies offering specialized services in agroforestry and the establishment of forest gardens, one of our region's great strengths.
