Management - Leadership training

Training MANAGEMENT will illustrate the challenges entrepreneurs face in exercising leadership within a company. It will also demonstrate the importance of learning to visualize and understand the impact our influence can have on others, and how it can be increased.

Its main objective is to develop effective leaders capable of mobilizing teams, resolving conflicts, dealing competently with change and meeting the challenges facing their own organization.

Training encompasses the set of views that require leaders to be both flexible in the range of leadership styles they can adopt, but also to demonstrate the competencies expected of a leader. These skills need to be modulated to suit different contexts and individuals. It is when a leader demonstrates flexibility in leadership styles and demonstrates these competencies that he or she will be able to exercise true mobilizing leadership, thus optimizing the impact of his or her influence.

Training is provided by Pierre Lainey

Pierre Lainey is a lecturer in management at HEC Montréal, where he teaches political skills, organizational leadership, the psychology of decision-making and the psychology and leadership of change. Mr. Lainey has worked for twenty years in the consulting field, particularly in change management and organizational development.
