Production methods, recruitment and retention of its workforce

*Training and coaching program for Matawinie businesses with 5 or more employees

 

This program is designed to provide you, the decision-maker, with concrete tools to help you retain and recruit your workforce. This is achieved through a co-development approach based on optimizing your productivity. Meetings will focus on group discussions and concrete examples. It's a time to stop and ask yourself the right questions about your internal issues: Is my production optimal for the new business context? Are any of the activities I carry out not adding value for my customers? Am I taking concrete action to encourage staff retention? What strategies could help me in my staffing process? 

Phase I includes 6 short distance training sessions designed to provide you with tools adapted to your reality and your objectives, define your priorities and develop a number of action strategies, in terms of productivity, retention and recruitment of your workforce. Then, in a second phase of the program, you can benefit from 12 hours of individual coaching with consultants tailored to your specific needs, in a hybrid formula (in-house and remote).

  • 6 virtual training courses (total 14 hours)
  • Individual coaching (12 hours total)
  • Productivity theme = 10 hours of training + 7 hours of coaching
  • Human resources theme = 4 hours of training + 5 hours of coaching

Phase I: Thematic training (large group)

Several concrete examples will be given to companies, based on the consultant's extensive work experience and the sharing of participating companies. A co-development approach will be used to personalize the training so that companies can draw on concrete examples directly applicable to their business.

 

Phase II: Individual support

Individual coaching is offered to encourage reflection and the application of concepts in the company. Entrepreneurs can take advantage of this support to initiate a global rethinking of the way they do things, or to work with the consultant on a more urgent problem or need.

  • Each participant will benefit from 7 hours of coaching in Productivity and 5 hours in Human Resources.
  • The entrepreneur will have the flexibility to adapt his coaching periods according to the real needs of the company. The 12 hours of coaching must be completed no later than February 10, 2022.

IMPORTANT: Only companies that have taken part in at least 4 of the 6 training courses are eligible.

 

TRAINERS FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAM:

 

Michel Bisson, P.Eng, MBA, M.Sc.A./ Senior coach and consultant

 

An engineer with a Master's degree in Science and an MBA, Michel Bisson has over 30 years' experience in manufacturing, innovation, importing and market development, both nationally and internationally. The inventor of several patented and successfully marketed products, Mr. Bisson has extensive hands-on experience as CEO, in quality assurance and operational efficiency.

 

 

 

Stéphanie Perreault, CHRP / President

 

Founded in 2014, Alliance ressources humaines is the culmination of a passion for human resources and the motivation to make a difference in the business world. Currently, it works in collaboration with senior and middle management to contribute to the strategic development of organizations.

As an HR consultant, she is constantly looking for practical solutions to help companies evolve. Through her specialized HR consulting services, she develops tools for companies to facilitate the management of their human resources.
