In Joliette, on February 8, the Lanaudière SADCs invited entrepreneurs to a luncheon conference entitled " How will you survive the tsunamis that threaten your business?

Organized in partnership with the Alliance des chambres de commerce de Lanaudière, the event raised entrepreneurs' awareness of the rapid changes in markets, technologies and consumer habits they are facing.

The Lanaudière SADCs took advantage of this conference dinner to unveil their new service offering, which is aimed at all Lanaudière businesses, regardless of their sector of activity. Essentially, the new offer provides individualized support and guidance for the deployment of an innovative culture within companies. Through this offer, SADCs will occasionally call on specialized resources to accompany entrepreneurs in a process of reflection and in the implementation of concrete actions adapted to the reality of each company.

In total, the Lanaudière SADCs will invest more than 100,000$ over 2 years in business support. These initiatives are made possible by the participation of Canada Economic Development through its agreements with the SADCs.

The Lanaudière SADCs also announced the creation of a working group (Table innovation) bringing together entrepreneurs from across the region. The objectives of this working group are to share participants' experiences and needs, perfect training in innovative approaches, experiment with different concepts and target interventions to be developed within different companies. Entrepreneurs will be supported by various experts throughout the process. This group will also be facilitated by the SADCs, and financially supported by them, the Ministère de l'économie de la science et de l'innovation and Emploi-Québec.
