Matawinie entrepreneurs and economic organizations gathered at the Rawdon Golf Club on May 21 for the 9th edition of the Souper tournant des gens d'affaires. Presented and organized by the Société d'aide au développement de la collectivité (SADC) Matawinie, this 9the edition was a resounding success, with almost seventy-five participants - entrepreneurs and organization representatives - taking part in the networking event to actively develop their business network and promote their products and services.
The event brought together long-established entrepreneurs with brand-new businesses, and brought together people from all corners of the Matawinie region, half of whom were first-timers. They were well catered for: dynamic and prosperous exchanges, and an innovative and oh-so-inspiring speaker on hand to stir up ideas and spice up the evening!
This year's event featured an inspiring talk by Mr. David Côté, which was greatly appreciated by all present. Co-founder of the LOOP Mission and Dragon in the popular TV series "In the Eye of the Dragon "on ICI Radio-Canada. Mr. David Côté shared his atypical journey as an entrepreneur, but above all how daring to shake up the status quo to bring our mission to life can propel our company to success, notably by using the circular economy to innovate.
The 9th edition of the Souper tournant des gens d'affaires en Matawinie took place in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, to the benefit of the entrepreneurs and representatives of economic organizations in attendance. The liveliness and dynamism of the exchanges at the tables confirmed the necessity and success of this annual spring event in Matawinie.
