Now is the time to register for the 5e edition of the Lanaudière non-timber forest product identification and harvesting training course. This training program is attracting a great deal of regional and provincial interest. It is aimed at developing skills in agroforestry, and covers the various uses of this resource in a commercial context.
NTFPs aret a world to discover : wild mushrooms, forest vegetables, berries, Nordic nuts, medicinal plants, etc.. Our aim is to develop a workforce that is competent in this field and capable of working for local companies or starting their own business projects. Internships are offered to enable participants to explore job prospects.

- PICK according to good practice and using appropriate techniques.
Main themes :
Mycology, Nordic nuts, the plant world, NTFPs for forest gastronomy, artisanal processing, from the forest to the plate, medicinal plants, per maculture and forest gardens.

* Training courses are offered the fine from week, usually on Sundays.
Cost : 175 $/per module Training location Joliette, as well as several field trips!
Duration : 294 hours for all modules.
