Training and business development program for new entrepreneurs, Savoir entreprendre Matawinie, is now launched! The Société d'aide au développement de la collectivité (SADC) Matawinie kicked off the program on December 7, with its first workshop. Twelve (12) entrepreneurs will participate in this new program over the next seven (7) months. On the menu are a number of training courses and activities designed to help improve managers' skills and support the growth of their businesses.

"The Savoir entreprendre Matawinie program is a complementary training and development offer, specifically designed for businesses in their first years of existence," says Jonathan Landreville, General Manager of SADC Matawinie. This pivotal period in a company's life is very important, and entrepreneurs have everything to gain from exchanging with other managers and improving their knowledge base. The program includes over 25 hours of training on topics such as financial statement reading, taxation, human resources management, sales and marketing strategy. What's more, participants will be invited to several networking events throughout the year, and introduced to a wide range of resources and programs to help them make the most of their experience.

The first edition of the Savoir entreprendre Matawinie program was initiated by SADC Matawinie and made possible by major partners Emploi-Québec and Desjardins entreprises.
