The Branchons les PME organization has trained a squad of 25 trainees in online store creation, whose mission is to help you build your transactional site.
Connecting Quebec SMEs
Personalized support for autonomous online sales (nine hours)
Online store creation in six (6) hours
You will be paired with a trainee for two (2) blocks of three (3) hours each. Equipped with your computer, you will communicate via Skype with the trainee, who will control your computer's mouse remotely using software.
As if he were right there with you, he'll help you get your online store up and running, create its look and feel, and determine its various options.
He'll show you how to write product sheets that are effective from a marketing point of view and optimal for your Google ranking. He'll teach you how to take and retouch your photos so they look professional, and provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to manage your day-to-day e-commerce (sales, inventory, payment, delivery, etc.).
The trainee will provide you with a guide to help you complete your online store (categories, products, legal texts) and fine-tune its look.
Three (3)-hour adjustment meeting
Three (3) months later (or sooner if you wish), the trainee will meet with you again virtually for a final meeting to take stock, answer any specific questions or needs you may have, and make any adjustments to your store.
