"After months of hard work and preparations, we can't wait to welcome you to our brand new space. A place specially designed to offer you an incredible experience, full of discoveries and moments." – the Calvé brothers

Two seasoned entrepreneurs
Nicolas and Frédéric Calvé are two brothers who discovered a shared passion for craft beer-making a few years ago, working out of their garage. Their initial goal: to experiment by producing beers that represent them. Aged 39 and 40 respectively, Nicolas and Frédéric invested in the equipment, and have both completed their master brewer courses.
Nicolas, for his part, is renowned for the excellence of his work and his attention to detail. In everything he does, he is constantly striving for perfection, a quality prized by master brewers. Frédéric, for his part, has an incredible concern for others, where the customer experience is at the very heart of his preoccupations. Once again, this is a fundamental requirement for sound customer service management. Frédéric will also be in charge of the catering side of things, being an outstanding cook.
Having been in business together for 7 years in the renovation industry, they understand the challenges of running a business and managing customers. What's more, having both had a pied-à-terre on the shores of Lac Taureau for several years, it's in this city that they wish to develop this new entrepreneurial adventure.
