Working hours : 35 hours / week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Fixed-term contract : from March 3 to May 30, 2014
Job summary
The project manager's mandate will be to organize a business networking event and update a business and employment database for the Matawinie RCM territory.
Description of main responsibilities
- Organize a networking event for business people in Matawinie.
- Promotion and registration for the event.
- Ensure the smooth running of the event and logistical support.
- Update a database on businesses and employment in Matawinie.
- Send questionnaires and integrate them into the database.
- Conduct telephone surveys of contractors.
Requirements profile
- Be between 15 and 30 years old
- University, college or high school graduate, unemployed or underemployed, or student
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship
- Organizational skills, initiative, ability to work as part of a team and a high degree of autonomy.
- Ability to popularize and synthesize.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Personality with interpersonal skills, dynamism, flexibility and group leadership skills.
- Professionalism, discretion and autonomy.
- Good computer skills.
Compensation and information
Service contract for the period from March 3 to May 30, 2014. Hourly rate: 18$ / hour
