The Société d'aide au développement de la collectivité (SADC) Matawinie is proud to support Mr. Ricky Damboise and Mr. Étienne Chartrand in their acquisition of the business. MT Crane Service Inc. Thanks to the financial support received through the Stratégie jeunesse program and the Fonds d'investissement de la SADC Matawinie, the buyers are now in a position to ensure the continuity of the business.

MT Crane Services Inc. specialize in the rental of mobile and telescopic cranes, serving mainly the Lanaudière region, but also the surrounding areas. Possessing the expertise and qualified personnel to carry out all types of lifting and handling of heavy loads, the new entrepreneurs, Mr. Damboise and Mr. Chartrand, are taking over the company's activities after more than 12 years of operation. The company had previously belonged to a single owner, Mr. Michel Turcotte.
The mobile crane rental company works in the residential, commercial, industrial and municipal sectors. Offering a turnkey service and specializing in material handling, the company works with professionals to carry out all kinds of projects. Whether it's for a private residence, a construction site or simply for special projects, Ricky Damboise and Étienne Chartrand have the experience to see these projects through to completion. With their respective professional backgrounds centered in a number of different fields, both are able to find a wide range of solutions to everyday challenges.
NEW ENTREPRENEURS
- Ricky Damboise has a background in power equipment, as well as a vocational diploma (DEP) in crane operation. He took his ASP course in construction and a hazardous materials course. He first worked as an auto mechanic for 10 years, before becoming a crane operator. He will manage the company, maintain the trucks and act as crane operator.
- Étienne Chartrand has completed a number of training courses, including a vocational diploma (DEP) in refrigeration, a vocational diploma (DEP) in arboriculture and pruning, and a diploma in crane operation. A crane operator for 5 years now, he will also be in charge of management, marketing and crane operation for the company.
SADC Matawinie is proud to have supported Mr. Dambroise and Mr. Chartrand in the acquisition and transfer of the business, with coaching and financial support via its Youth Strategy program and its Investment Fund.
