The Société d'aide au développement de la collectivité (SADC) Matawinie is proud to support Louise-Hélène Gaudet and Vickie Riendeau in their business start-up. Pots and pansa brand-new restaurant concept soon to be launched in Saint-Jean-de-Matha, Lanaudière. Thanks to the coaching and financial support they received through the Stratégie jeunesse program and the SADC's Fonds d'investissement, the two new entrepreneurs are jumping into this new culinary project with both feet.
The official opening is scheduled for February 23!
The location of the deceased Restaurant Atmosphere that the brand-new company will spread its wings. The restaurant Pots and pans will seat 30 in the dining room and 12 on the outdoor terrace. The business will specialize in lunches and dinners, and will eventually offer a range of services, including home-cooked ready-to-eat meals and the sale of local products. Menus and ready-to-eat dishes will be designed to showcase local produce, with a variety of star ingredients.
The company will stand out by offering homemade, healthy, simple and creative dishes that are tasty and adapted to the seasons. Ms. Gaudet and Ms. Riendeau are primarily targeting customers who want to save time preparing meals at home, who want to go out to eat with family or friends, or who simply want to buy local products, while also targeting workers on the road.
