Since 2011, it has been a partner of Rawdon-based Terrassement Limoges et fils inc. which operates in the commercial and municipal construction and earthmoving sectors.
Founded in 2005, Terrassement Limoges et fils inc.. has built up a solid reputation in recent years. Since 2013, he has specialized in water playground and landscaping projects for cities and municipalities. Thanks to his achievements, he is now included among the trusted companies invited to private tenders by architects, who design the plans for the landscaping parks. From February to December, the company hires six (6) full-time employees, while during the winter months, Mr. Frédéric Limoges, company president, carries out indoor slide installation projects throughout hotel complexes and municipal facilities.
The financial support provided to Terrassement Limoges et fils has enabled the company to meet customer demand, support its growth and fulfill short-term orders. Through the financing of purchase orders, SADC Matawinie acts as a lever, providing the company with the liquidity it needs to cope with an influx of orders.
SADC Matawinie is proud to have supported Mr. Frédéric Limoges in the development of his business through coaching and financial support via its Investment Fund.
True to its mandate, SADC Matawinie has been offering flexible financial products to start-up, growth and succession businesses for 25 years. The Fonds d'investissement de la SADC Matawinie offers local businesses loans for start-up, acquisition, modernization, expansion or other projects. The maximum contribution is $150,000$.
