The training is given by Daniel Tanguay of the firm Training details.
The aim is to understand how to build customer loyalty and learn how to play an important role in local development and purchasing.
Buy-local campaigns are on the rise in Quebec. And yet, if many companies only had local customers, they'd close their doors. In the age of the Internet, Google AdWords, e-commerce and social media, competition is no longer regional but global. It's no longer enough to simply raise awareness of the need to buy locally; it's time for businesses themselves to play a leading role in the development of local purchasing.
The aim of this interactive workshop is to raise managers' awareness of the role they play in referencing local businesses, and how their actions can help build customer and regional loyalty.
