Once again this year, the Concours québécois en entrepreneuriat québécois Lanaudière is expanding the recognition it bestows on the region's entrepreneurs! In addition to the Student Entrepreneurship and Business Creation sections, the 17th edition in Lanaudière will focus on the next generation of entrepreneurs, female entrepreneurship and une Réussite inc.
- A major scholarship of 10,000 $ for a well-established company
The Concours québécois en entrepreneuriat Lanaudière is proud to renew the "Prix réussite inc.", in partnership with the Quebec government. Thanks to the financial contribution of the Ministère de l'Économie, de l'Innovation et des Exportations, a bursary of 10,000 $ will be awarded to an established entrepreneur in the Lanaudière region, and a prize of 25,000 $ will be awarded to the grand prizewinner at the national level, selected from among the 17 regional winners. This category is open to entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial teams who have already submitted their candidacy to the Concours québécois en entrepreneuriat in its first 11 editions (between the 1998-1999 and 2008-2009 editions). It is important to note that the company must pursue a vocation identical to or in continuity with the initial mission. A company that has already participated in the Prix Réussite inc. in a previous edition may be considered again, provided it meets the eligibility requirements and has not already won a regional award. - Encouraging female entrepreneurship
In addition, the "Femmessor Lanaudière" bursary will once again be awarded by the jury to a woman entrepreneur who stands out from all the projects submitted at regional level in the Business Creation category. Through this new bursary, Femmessor Lanaudière wishes to recognize Lanaudière women who have embarked on this adventure, and to highlight their entrepreneurial skills.
- Spotlight on the next generation
The Concours québécois en entrepreneuriat Lanaudière is proud to once again present the business transfer category with the CTE Lanaudière award. Please note, however, that this special category is only available at the regional level. The regional winner in the Business Transfer category will receive a 1,000 $ grant, proudly presented by the Centre de transfert d'entreprise (CTE) Lanaudière.

A regional consultation
For many years, the success of the entrepreneurial adventure in Lanaudière has been the result of close collaboration between the region's schools and organizations. Coordinated by Lanaudière économique, this 17th edition is being run in partnership with CLD Montcalm and SADC Achigan-Montcalm. The competition is also overseen by members of the Centre locaux de développement (CLD), Sociétés d'aide au développement de la collectivité (SADC), Carrefour jeunesse-emploi (CJE), Coopérative de développement régionale (CDR) de Lanaudière, Commission scolaire des Affluents and Commission scolaire des Samares.
